For the first time in a very long time the Justice will have no seniors graduating off the Justice editorial board. All members from the Class of 2005 have (with the exception of one who will by next week) quit the board in disagreement over the way the Justice has been managed over the past year.
A student blasted the song Rape Me by the band Nirvana outside North Quad at the conclusion of the annual Brandeis Take Back the Night rally Wednesday night, in which event organizers said over 100 students participated to demonstrate against sexual violence.
After finalizing the details of an agreement with Residence Life in the late afternoon on Thursday, BTV proudly announces the acquisition of a space in Ziv Commons to use as a semi-permanent studio space for live programming. BTV will be moving in and equipping the space through the end of this year, and into next semester. This is a great time in the history of BTV. With the capability to broadcast and record from a designated studio space, the improvements to BTV that students have seen throughout the year will accelerate at an even greater pace. Its a victory, and a proud moment for BTV.

Patriots Day is officially April 18th. For the Brandeis/Waltham community Patriots Day was this past Sunday at Gosman Arena. Current and former Patriots players including Ty Warren, Vince Wilfork, Roosevelt Colvin and Doug Flutie were present on this final afternoon of the three day long autograph and memorabilia show. The Brandeis womens basketball team sponsored this event through Amanda DeMartinos dad, Bob, who is the co-president of ABN Sports. Sports ID, one of the top Boston sports marketing agencies, represented the players involved.
Art and sport were merged potently together at the 2005 MIT Open Ballroom Dance held April 2nd & 3rd, 2005 at Rockwell Gymnasium on MITs campus in Cambridge, MA. In a two day dance off with more intense strutting than the famous movie duel between Derek Zoolander and rival male model, Hansel;
24 Brandeis students were judged against competitors from 34 colleges at the seasons final competition. The prestige of the event attracted competitors with participating teams as far flung as University of Michigan and some of the top talent in Collegiate Ballroom Dance.

As many Brandeis students and prospective students know, there are a good number of pre-meds with high goals and lofty dreams right here at Brandeis. You may not recognize them at first, but they are there, walking the same paths from their dorms to class that you take. You may not notice them because they really are not that all that different from any other Brandeis student. Many people have the false belief that pre-meds are crazy and pull all-nighters studying to get that A. In reality, however, pre-meds at Brandeis are not your typical cutthroat competitive students running towards the gates of medical school.
