Trustees disinvest from Sudan
The Executive Committee of the Brandeis University Board of Trustees has decided to disinvest the university endowment of investments made in companies that do business in genocide-plagued Sudan.

Softball takes four of seven
Last week, Brandeis Softball won four out of seven games over a four day period. The stretch started off with road games against Worcester State on Thursday and Saint Josephs College on Friday before returning to host Trinity on Saturday and Husson College for a double-header on Sunday.
Brandeis Baseball on a winning streak
Five members of the Brandeis baseball squad were selected to the UAA All-Conference teams. Phil Aurigemma 06 and Zach Golden 06 were selected to the All-UAA first team, while junior Ben Dashefsky 07, Tim Dunphy 06 and Chuck Sheehan 08 were named to the All-UAA second team. This is even more good news for the Judges, whom as of Wednesday, are 10-5.
WNBA Camp
Gosman Gymnasium was graced by Basketball Hall-of-famers Dave Cowens and Bill Laimbeer last weekend, as well as Alex-Celtic M.L. Carr and the diminutive Muggsey Bogues.
Brandeis Tennis slammed on road
All streaks come to an end at some point, as it did for mens tennis on the road trip. What few expected was for tennis to fall with a thud on the road swing, losing all three road matches against Bates, Colby and finally Bowdoin.
Polar Bears maul WRugby in season opener 63-0
Brandeis Womens Rugby kicked off the season last Saturday at home against Bowdoin. In a hard-fought battle, the undermanned and under-experienced Brandeis team could not keep up with the Polar Bears as they fell, 63-0.
Women’s Tennis springs ahead
With another serve, forehand, backhand, and overhead, the Brandeis Womens Tennis team won another two matches this past week, launching another successful spring tennis season. Though the team was 1-1 for the season, they kicked their game up a notch, seizing a 7-2 home win against Babson last Thursday and a 6-3 victory away at Bates last Saturday. Despite losing to Colby on Sunday, April 2, the team refuses to lose momentum. Gabrielle Helfgott 09 explained, Matches are getting harder, and we have a long road ahead of us. This loss is just a lesson to reinforce what our team needs to improve on. Were a strong team, and well continue forward with a positive attitude and confidence.
